As many of you know, we are currently experiencing gusts of 20–50 mph in Angola. These winds are expected to continue throughout the evening until tomorrow morning at 5am. They have caused havoc on the outside portion of our haunts. (pumpkin spectacular and areas up front)
For the safety of our guests and team, the following changes are in effect tonight only (Halloween Night):
CLOSURES & CHANGES
• The Delaware Creek Pumpkin Spectacular and all outdoor add-ons are closed for the night due to unsafe wind conditions. Right now we are currently trying to put this back together, but the winds have wreaked havoc and many items have been strewn around, and continue to be strewn all over, the minute we step foot inside.

• We have reduced ticketing so no one will need to wait under outdoor tents.
• The Box Office has been moved indoors, and the queue line will now be inside — no outdoor waiting, as we do not feel comfortable having anyone stand and wait underneath tents.
THERE WILL BE NO WALKUPS TAKEN. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED ONLINE SO WE CAN ENSURE WE DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE OUTSIDE.
• Our hours are adjusted to 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM.
• Guests with 6:00 PM, 9PM, or 9:30PM tickets are welcome to arrive during a different time slot or receive a full refund.
If you are in any of the affected time slots (6PM, 9PM, or 9:30PM), we will be calling you within the next 1.5 hours.
REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS
• All guests will receive a $5 refund per ticket to the method of payment for the Pumpkin Spectacular closure… returning prices to our 2022 admission rate, before the Pumpkin Spectacular was added.
• Any outdoor add-ons purchased will be automatically refunded. You may purchase indoor add-ons once inside the haunt tonight.
Please be patient with us as refunds will take us probably 3 hours this afternoon while we are trying to clean up from the wind damage outside.
While this weather certainly doesn’t help us and is taxing on our team… this situation is reminiscent of last year’s town-wide power outage and the three feet of snow that forced us to cancel our December event.
️ Despite it all, our top priority will always be the safety of our guests and team members.
Thank you for understanding, for supporting us through another wild Western New York Halloween, and for helping us end the season safely.

If you are in any of the affected time slots (6PM, 9PM, or 9:30PM), we will be calling you within the next 1.5 hours.
We’ll see you tonight, 6:30 PM – 9 PM!
Stay safe and spooky out there!
