1WHAT IS EVERHAUNT?

Everhaunt is a walk through haunted attraction that combines many different themes and special effects to give you a memorable haunted experience.

2WHY IS THERE AN EVERHAUNT?

Simply put we were created to help others and make a difference within our local communities. Each year we choose many charities and local foundations to impact. Our mission is to:

  1. Give each guest a positive and fun fear experience in which they will never forget.
  2. Make a positive difference within our local and surrounding communities.

3WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Everhaunt is conveniently located at 144 Lake St in the Village of Angola!

4WHEN WILL YOU OPEN?

We opened for our first season in the fall of 2019. We had been planning this for quite some time and we're thrilled at how thing turned out. We were nationally ranked Top 25 in America by Hauntworld, Best New Haunt in the USA by Haunt Rater, Number 1 in Buffalo by Channel 4 news, and "Top 3 Must See Haunts" in Western New York by WNYhauntedhouses. We look forward to coming back even strong this October.

5THERE ARE MANY HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS, WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?

We have the utmost respect for all the other local haunted attractions. We love places like Haunted Catacombs, House of Horrors, Frightworld, Dark Raven Manor, Final Fear, and there are even some great attractions up in Rochester and in Erie. Truth is ... these great attractions are one of the main reasons we are doing this today. They started our love for walk-through haunted houses at an early age. We highly recommend going to all of the local attractions, and we'll simply try and compliment each of them with different themes and exciting new attractions. Additionally we are located pretty far away from all of these attractions and our location will be convenient for many who couldn't make it out to the other areas.

7WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our hours are on the dates section of our website.

8HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE?

Our attraction will take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour depending on many factors. Saturdays tend to be a bit busier so it may take a bit longer.

9IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

The attractions are not recommended for children under 12. We have five year olds who absolutely "love it" and we've also seen an 18-year-old pee their pants and ask to leave. It all depends on the person. Children under 12 should always seek parent's permission before entering., and have a parent or guardian to walk through with them. We also offer family friendly days as well with no scares! 16 and under should be accompanied by an adult while at the attraction, but those chaperones do not need to walk through with them.. Parents/Chaperones or guardians can wait in our lobby free of charge.

10IS THERE ANYWHERE FOR PARENTS TO WAIT?

Yes, parents can wait in our lobby and take advantage of some of other other unique parts of the experience.

11WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Everhaunt accepts credit card pre-sale online, and cash and credit at our box office. We also have an ATM which can be used at any time, and you can always jump on to your phone when you arrive to buy pre-sale tickets if necessary.

12WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A TICKET? HOW LONG ARE THE WAITS?

13DOES THE ATTRACTION STAY OPEN PAST THE BOX OFFICE HOURS?

Yes, you must be on site before the box office closes and you’ll be able to go through the attraction!

14IS IT SCARY?

Yes we do our best to scare everyone! Everybody has different fears and we do our best to accommodate them all. You will likely laugh, scream, smile and be frightened all at the same time with or at your friends. At the end of the experience our hope is that you will have had a great time... all while helping many great causes!

15WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE ATTRACTION?

If you have to ask, it's best that you leave it at home. We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun event for every guest. Therefore the following items are not allowed at the attraction: - weapons of any kind, pepper spray, knives, lighters, and any other potentially dangers objects. - flashlights, cameras, pets - outside food and beverage, any type of alcoholic beverages, etc. Additionally we suggest not wearing articles of jewelry, accessories, or phones for the main reason that if lost we cannot ensure they will be found.

16IS FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE AT THE ATTRACTION?

Yes, food and drink are available in our lobby!

17ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SERVED AT THE ATTRACTION?

No. We do not allow any alcoholic beverages of any kind at the attraction. Additionally we have the right to refuse anyone from entering that may have been drinking. We are a family friendly environment and this helps us to keep a safe and inviting atmosphere.

18WILL THE ACTORS TOUCH YOU?

No.. We do our best, even in the darkest of areas to ensure that our team never touches a guest, and guests are not allowed to touch any team member. With that said we do understand that sometimes in crowded areas that guests may bump each other or may bump a team member, but this is a family friendly attraction. There are other 18 and over haunted attractions that allow for contact... we are not one of them.

19ARE CAMERAS AND CELL PHONES ALLOWED?

We do not allow any cameras or recording devices within the attractions unless previously agreed upon. Additionally we request that cell phones are turned off, silenced or put on airplane mode for the duration of your visit. There is nothing worse than walking down a black hallway and having someone's ringtone go off! 20ARE THERE DISCOUNTS AT ALL?

21WHAT TYPE OF SAFETY AND SECURITY MEASURES DO YOU HAVE?

We have independent security contractors & off duty police officers every minute our attraction is open. We also have a very good relationship with our local and surrounding law enforcement officials. Additionally we have a large security video system that we monitor before, during and after the event. We also do safety walks through every attraction before opening daily. Lastly, the environment that we're creating is one that is family friendly. We are doing this to help others. Our hope is that our guests will compliment and add to the environment we are creating!

22I AM PREGNANT, CAN I GO THROUGH THE ATTRACTION?

We do not recommend anyone that is pregnant entering the haunted attraction. People around you could easily run into you or fall down when they are scared. We do not want anything to happen to your baby. Safety and family first!

23WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR SNOWS? WILL YOU BE OPEN?

This is Western NY, and Northwestern PA! We are always open! It would take a very severe weather event for us to not be open. If you're concerned about any weather - call us (XXX)XXX-XXXX or check our Facebook page out!

24HOW CAN I WORK AT EVERHAUNT?

25CAN I BE ASKED TO LEAVE/ESCORTED OUT OF THE ATTRACTION?

Yes, we do not allow foul language, pushing, fighting, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind or alcohol! Our hope is that everyone has a great positive experience within our attraction!

26ANY THING ELSE FOR US TO KNOW?

Here is a standard disclaimer that every attraction needs to have... DISCLAIMER This attraction reserves the right to refuse anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions, etc. You should NOT ENTER a haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer from any type of mental disease including claustrophobia. DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitation. Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medications or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff. DO NOT smoke, run, eat or drink inside the attraction. Additionally there is no touching of actors, customers or props inside the attraction. No video or flash photography may be taken inside the attraction. If any of the rules are not followed, you will not be admitted and asked to leave the property. Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction holder agrees to release the operator, it’s parent corporation, affiliates, offices, directors and employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location.
